  Taught a 3rd grade classroom (January-March) and a resource room (March-May) at Cherry Tree Elementary. Taught a comprehensive 3-week unit, completed an extensive teacher work sample, and developed and performed an action research study. Had full-time teaching responsibilities for a period of 12 weeks.

  Supervisor to 12 camp counselors and 15 campers (9-17 years old) with mental, learning, and emotional disabilities. Created objective goals for each camper. Communicated daily with parents. Instructed and led camp counselor training sessions on behavior management and intervention techniques. Coached social skills and simulated appropriate behavior conduct.
